INVISIBLE:

I am the most beautiful woman

to ever live.

What more then

shall I have to give?

More beautiful than

the woman of your dreams,

rolled out in more shades

than you've ever seen.

I am the Mother of civilization

a highly unsettling equation;

equivalent to a global relation

proven through an article of sensation.

Disputed and Bane

yet remains just the same.

but don't despair,

I spread my love even and fair.

My eyes are dark chocolate diamonds

in a brilliant doe cut,

with facets that sparkle down

through my, you know what.

My lips are plump and pouty

colored in cinnamon raisin wishes,

puckered and shiny, blowin' sweet Hershey kisses.

My hair is kinky coils

and Goddess braids

with an even yoke

Yes, perfectly right you see,

the way things go better with Coke.

My breasts are firm and supple

like a pillow you can hug,

defusing all your stress

and helping you to unplug

forming a habit that you can't stop

mmmmm...hot and spicy good

to the very last drop.

My hands are strong and steady

with a tender even stroke.

in a single touch

magic, they evoke.

My butt rolls like an oar

over smooth and calm water

my hips sway to the rhythm

of fire starter,

sending your blood pressure rising

straight to Alarmin'

Oh yes my dear, please squeeze the Charmin.

I smell like honeysuckle and jasmine

in the heat of the day,

I'm refreshing as a cool wind

over a sweltering island bay.

But remember I was there

from the start

and loved your dark and nappy.

When others said you had no worth,

I held you tight and brushed off the dirt

I saw only greatness

and tried to make you happy

But stay with me

and save our sons,

every time I'd call

you didn't come

You said that I

just wasn't your "preference."

So alone I healed my own heart

and found a new reference,

I bought designer labels

so I could have class.

I bought straight blonde hair

down to my ass.

I signed my name

in jet black ink,

then painted my lips

in bubble gum pink.

I wore eye contacts

in hazel and blue

just to make sure

I was in your view.

Then I called out to you

Do you remember my name?

There's a boy here

to whom I can't explain

He looks just like you

and I felt no shame.

So whatever it takes

to bring you home

could not make me miserable,

'cause when I was a black woman

I was INVISIBLE!!!
